When I log into my computer I am greeted with a black screen and the error message above. After looking up how to fix the error I realized that people can navigate their computer which I cant all I can do is go into recovery state and into bios as well sometimes when I log in my Wallpaper Engine is open. I've tried resetting my computer fully but it messes up very early in the process.

Please download and install both the x86 and x64 versions of the Visual C++ redistributable package:

Please open the admin Command Prompt and run:
```
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth 

sfc /scannow
```
Post the output.

Since we fixed the SFC DLL, hopefully SFC will run correctly.

The output is truncated. Let me assume you copied it to "E:\Windows\System32" correctly.

We've fixed the DLL mentioned in your original post. Hopefully, Windows will boot now. Let me know how it goes.
