When I log into my computer I am greeted with a black screen and the error message above. After looking up how to fix the error I realized that people can navigate their computer which I cant all I can do is go into recovery state and into bios as well sometimes when I log in my Wallpaper Engine is open. I've tried resetting my computer fully but it messes up very early in the process.

    Try:

    ren E:\Windows\System32\sfc.dll  sfc_old.dll

    If that runs fine, run these commands:

    cd /d "E:\windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-sfc_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.19041.4355_none_1befe316116bdc0f"

copy /y sfc.dll E:\Windows\System32\

    Its saying I cant access it because its being used and that 0 files were copied.

    Run:

copy /y sfc.dll E:\Windows\System32\
