Constant BSODs on Windows 10 when booting up related to drivers and memory

I've been getting multiple consistent bluescreens related to driver violations or memory over the last few days and I cannot figure out why. Tried uninstalling my graphics driver but it did absolutely nothing. Here's my memory.dmp file, if anyone can pore through it to see what's causing it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Well, in that case I have to suggest you to either perform a clean installation or check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.

    Have you tried re-registering Store and Store Apps?

    Type PowerShell at Windows search bar. Right click on it and select Run as Administrator.

    Enter the following command:

    Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart the PC.

    Made no difference. I'd also like to note that the issues with Windows Updates and the Network page of Settings crashing still apply outside of Safe Mode.

    Okay, let's perform a couple of Store troubleshoots.

    1. Please connect the device to a different Network. (May be your phone's hotspot)
    2. Toggle off and on automatic timezone.

    Open Settings and go to Time & Language > Date & Time.
    Toggle off Set time automatically, wait for a moment and turn on 'Set time zone automatically'.
    Check if the Store is now working.

    Strangely enough, switching networks to a personal hotspot actually does fix the Network and Internet Settings page crash. However, the Microsoft Store and Windows Updater are still not functioning.
