Constant BSODs on Windows 10 when booting up related to drivers and memory

I've been getting multiple consistent bluescreens related to driver violations or memory over the last few days and I cannot figure out why. Tried uninstalling my graphics driver but it did absolutely nothing. Here's my memory.dmp file, if anyone can pore through it to see what's causing it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Well, in that case I have to suggest you to either perform a clean installation or check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.

To check upgrade eligibility, please download and install PC Health Check App.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Could you please log in to the Safe mode (with networking) and test the PC if it does the same in Safe Mode as well?

    Start the PC.

At the Login page, press and hold the Shift key while clicking on Power > Restart using the mouse pointer.

The PC will boot into Windows Recovery Environment.

Once in Windows RE, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

    Select Restart

Once the device reboots, in the Startup Settings screen, pick "Safe Mode with networking" (F5)

    Detailed steps: https://support.microsoft.com/windows/windows-s...

Let me know if you can access Network Settings.

I can access the network settings in safe mode, but the Windows Updates and Microsoft Store are still not functional. The former simply says "Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later" and the latter doesn't even respond when clicked on.

Okay, please boot into normal mode.

    Open run. (Windows+R)

Type and enter the following command.

    wsrest.exe

After completing the process, please open Store and check.

I've already done this multiple times without any success. Trying it again made no difference.
