Constant BSODs on Windows 10 when booting up related to drivers and memory

I've been getting multiple consistent bluescreens related to driver violations or memory over the last few days and I cannot figure out why. Tried uninstalling my graphics driver but it did absolutely nothing. Here's my memory.dmp file, if anyone can pore through it to see what's causing it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Well, in that case I have to suggest you to either perform a clean installation or check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.

Okay, please go to Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall

Click on Restore Default.

Restart the PC and check.

According to the Health Check I should be eligible, but my broken Windows Update leaves me with no way of downloading it, unless you know of a way to download it externally.

Yes, please download Windows 11 using the media creation tool.

Run the tool to prepare a bootable flash drive for installation.

Once the flash drive is ready, go to This PC > Open the flash drive and run the setup.
