Constant BSODs on Windows 10 when booting up related to drivers and memory

I've been getting multiple consistent bluescreens related to driver violations or memory over the last few days and I cannot figure out why. Tried uninstalling my graphics driver but it did absolutely nothing. Here's my memory.dmp file, if anyone can pore through it to see what's causing it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Well, in that case I have to suggest you to either perform a clean installation or check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.

To check upgrade eligibility, please download and install PC Health Check App.

If USB tethering is also showing the same problem, it's probably related to the software.

Please consider performing an In-place Upgrade, as it is highly effective in fixing issues like this. This process should restore corrupted operating system files without affecting your personal data, settings, or installed applications.

You can find the detailed steps to perform an in-place upgrade here:

    Some Tips:

Download Windows 10 ISO as you are using Windows 10.

Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting.

Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade.

Just had the chance to try it and it still shows as offline despite being the very connection I'm using to send this message right now.

Can you arrange an android phone to test the USB tethering? This thread will remain open. I understand what I am asking may be inconvenient, but at least it will narrow down the root cause.

Not quite a brand new PC as I will still have the same SSD; if it's software related it will presumably persist through the upgrade.

I don't have any network cards to test that unfortunately. I can't USB tether either as I'd need to download iTunes to connect my phone to my PC, which would require a functional Microsoft Store.
