Well, in that case I have to suggest you to either perform a clean installation or check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade.
To check upgrade eligibility, please download and install PC Health Check App.

I've been getting multiple consistent bluescreens related to driver violations or memory over the last few days and I cannot figure out why. Tried uninstalling my graphics driver but it did absolutely nothing. Here's my memory.dmp file, if anyone can pore through it to see what's causing it I'd greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried re-registering Store and Store Apps?
Type PowerShell at Windows search bar. Right click on it and select Run as Administrator.
Enter the following command:
Get-AppXPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Restart the PC.
I've already done this multiple times without any success. Trying it again made no difference.
Okay, please boot into normal mode.
Open run. (Windows+R)
Type and enter the following command.
wsrest.exe
After completing the process, please open Store and check.
I can access the network settings in safe mode, but the Windows Updates and Microsoft Store are still not functional. The former simply says "Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later" and the latter doesn't even respond when clicked on.
