Latest Update Turns My Screen Green [Dolby Vision]

So, since the latest update Dolby Vision seems to be now forced on for me. Even though it is not ticked in the settings, it still forces it. It turns everything on my screen green. Then if I go into the settings, I turn it on and back off it fixes it. However, when running certain games, it launches with Dolby Vision activated. It's really annoying. When I restart my PC, it kicks back on too and everything goes back green.

Anyone else have this issue?

    I have the latest updates and I'm checking my updates daily for a fix, and it is still broken for me.

    I no longer have the Dolby Vision check box in the windows display settings, but every time I turn my PC on it is in dolby vision mode, and I have to open the windows display settings window to get it to switch off, its a bit quicker than it used to be as I don't have to go into the HDR settings and click the dolby vision box (just opening the display settings switches it off without having to click anything).

    This isn't even bodged to allow me to turn off dolby vision persistently for me, never mind fixed which would mean be giving us back the blue channel when in dolby vision mode, so that we can actually use the feature.

    Sorry to hear you are still having the issue. I still have the option to toggle Dolby vision which is the only way to remove it as it is for most. I have a 4090 and 42 inch LG C3 panel. The incompetence on Microsoft's end to not patch this out is truly staggering.

    C2 owner here. On your TV settings, what happens when you enable Dolby vision pc under HDMI settings ?

    We don't have Dolby vision PC mode. We can only playback DV content using energy player and LG media player (I Think).
