If you remove Windows Update KB5058499, the Dolby option is removed, and the problem is resolved. Allows me to stay in HDR even after reboot. However, you need to pause the Windows updates until this gets fixed.
Latest Update Turns My Screen Green [Dolby Vision]
So, since the latest update Dolby Vision seems to be now forced on for me. Even though it is not ticked in the settings, it still forces it. It turns everything on my screen green. Then if I go into the settings, I turn it on and back off it fixes it. However, when running certain games, it launches with Dolby Vision activated. It's really annoying. When I restart my PC, it kicks back on too and everything goes back green.
Anyone else have this issue?

2025-06-12T00:52:27+00:00 ALL - (*I still have HDR enabled) --- I noticed that when I changed my Display --> Change Resolution in the Nvidia Control Panel ... I changed the "Output dynamic range" from "FUll" to "8-bit" - corrected the green tint. Regardless, Microsoft or Nvidia made a mistake here and we have to wait for one of them to fix it.

You don't have to turn HDR all the way off, go into HDR settings and just turn off "Dolby Vision," which is causing the color problem. If "Dolby Vision" is already unchecked, then check it and then uncheck it again and the colors will go back to normal HDR.
I wasted hours of my life yesterday figuring all this out, so hopefully this saves other readers here some time!
