I got the same issue with my 4090 card and LGC2
Latest Update Turns My Screen Green [Dolby Vision]
So, since the latest update Dolby Vision seems to be now forced on for me. Even though it is not ticked in the settings, it still forces it. It turns everything on my screen green. Then if I go into the settings, I turn it on and back off it fixes it. However, when running certain games, it launches with Dolby Vision activated. It's really annoying. When I restart my PC, it kicks back on too and everything goes back green.
Anyone else have this issue?

2025-07-05T18:08:24+00:00 This is successfully bodged for me now, Dolby Vision is now defaulting to off when booting up windows so i no longer have to go into the settings to get the blue channel to work.
However it is still far from fixed, instead of fixing the blue channel in Dolby Vision, a month later they have just managed to disable Dolby Vision persistently.
Maybe next month they will fix it and make it usable again.

2025-07-04T22:25:32+00:00 The best solution is to uninstall the update: KB5063060
Start -> Windows Update -> Update History -> (scroll to the bottom) Uninstall Updates -> Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5063060)
Reboot, and it all goes back to normal. Go back to Windows Update and then press the pause update button until it fades out once it's complete, and MAYBE Microsoft might get it fixed by the time it FORCES you to update to another installment of, "we didn't test this patch very well again" and adding in features that toggle on regardless if you want it on or not or just doesn't even work. Let's have another CrowdStrike moment here....

2025-07-03T15:36:07+00:00 We don't have Dolby vision PC mode. We can only playback DV content using energy player and LG media player (I Think).
