Win10, Right click on pinned programs in Start Menu no longer have file list

I'm pretty sure this occured after the latest update (which is actually four updates). I removed all four updates and the right click latest file function is still not there.

The update was: March 25, 2025-KB5055063 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 - Microsoft Support

The first update removed as listed is KB5054978. I lost track of the other 3 updates installed at the same time.

THIS IS THE EXACT MAIN REASON I WOULDN'T GO TO WINDOWS 11!!!! I'll be glad when there are no more win10 updates!

How do I get this right click function back? Below is the menu I get when I now right click on a pinned start menu, program:

    That's wild. On April 23, KB5057056 installed on one of my computers where the jumplists had continued working after the April 8 updates. During the afternoon of April 24, I noticed that the computer seemed to be running a bit slow, so I rebooted it (the machine is normally on 24/7). This afternoon, I realized that the jumplists were broken on that computer. I'm not sure exactly when the jumplists broke on that machine since I don't use them on that machine every day, but it's likely that they broke in the last week.

    As of now, 2 of my 5 Windows 10 machines have broken jumplists. One broke on April 8 (I used the jumplists on that machine daily, so I noticed it quickly), and the other broke in the last week. Both of the broken machines are used every day and remain on 24/7. The 3 that don't have broken jumplists are rarely powered on. I probably won't turn them on again until the May Cumulative Updates are available.

    I tried to again remove KB5055518 to see if that fixed the problem. The uninstaller just sat there with no progress and wouldn't do anything. I tried a couple different times.

    I had an optional update KB5055612 which I saw wyx_wyx had installed. I installed KB5055612 and now my jumplists in my start menu works!!! I don't know why it mysteriously just started working again on my other travel laptop though.

    My last set of updates on this laptop, that the jumplist is back working in the Start Menu:

    Now on my main laptop, it won't uninstall KB505518. It just sits there with no progress when I select to uninstall it.

    I had previously uninstalled it, then it was reinstalled right away by the updater.

    I see you also have a newer update KB5055612 that I don't have. The description doesn't say anything about jumplists though.

    Well lucky you. KB5057056 auto installed for me too. It was also the only update after KB5055518. However, my jumplist are not resolved (though they just mysteriously re-appeared on my rarely used travel laptop).
