Why does my PC keep booting into the bluescreen and not let me leave

So I turned my PC on in the morning after putting it into sleep mode, I then proceeded to restart it because it wasn't opening my programs. After it restarted it sent me to the recovery page and it doesn't let me get out of it. I tried using my spare Windows 10 backup and that doesn't work either. Please help

When you’re on the screen where you choose a drive to install Windows

Press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt

Type each command one at a time.

diskpart

list disk

Then enter another command

select disk 0

detail disk

Enter the command.

Select vol 1

And enter

detail vol

Under GPT, If there’s no asterisk, it’s using MBR.

If it's on MBR, we need to convert and format the drive to complete the installation.

And this process will delete all data on the drive, I am afraid.
