Why does my PC keep booting into the bluescreen and not let me leave

So I turned my PC on in the morning after putting it into sleep mode, I then proceeded to restart it because it wasn't opening my programs. After it restarted it sent me to the recovery page and it doesn't let me get out of it. I tried using my spare Windows 10 backup and that doesn't work either. Please help

2025-06-30T00:19:14+00:00 Thanks for clarifying, Andrew; that makes a lot more sense now. If possible, use another working computer to run the Media Creation Tool and create your bootable USB. If that still fails on a different computer, try to use a different USB.
If you don’t have another USB, you might consider borrowing one or purchasing a reliable 8–16GB flash drive. It’ll be useful long-term for backups or emergencies like this in the future.

2025-06-30T03:04:39+00:00 Great! Now you are on the right setup page. Make sure to choose and highlight Drive 0 Partition 2 (223 GB) and click Next.
Let me know what happens after clicking Next. Just avoid formatting the drive.
Follow on-screen instructions if that allows you to move forward.
