windows update not opening

i am getting this problem because recently i downloaded some windows update then my taskbar stopped working it's not showing also, then i deleted the update after that i am getting this problem.

    Still i am getting windows.old folder with 45gb space covering, i have to delete it or ............

    You downloaded a different language ISO. That's the problem.

    Download the correct one using the exact steps I posted.

    I've mentioned this:

    "(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)"

    Anyway, ensure "Keep personal files and apps" is auto-selected during the setup.
