Hacked or not, Trojan?

I have gotten this exact same "threat" since 24th of april (i figure out how to stop nitifictions) but still, I am not sure what to do I have scaned on my laptop twice with two diffenet antivurs ( malwer byts ( the one in the screen shot) and KVRT) and showe dnothing, my laptop is 100% safe? but this message was poping up, i tryed to delte teh fiel but it is blocked by the microsft coraption. So PLEASE i am DESPERT HELP ME

    So i ttied the first to links, and i downlaoded .net vesrion 9 i think, wehn i lauch discord i still get the same error, and when i go into seetings and try to do the fix problems, fo rme it say sthis option is currently unavible

    If Settings doesn't work, you can use the ISO as an alternative.

    1. Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    1. Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".
    2. Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.
    3. Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.

    (Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)

    Try the .NET Framework Repair tool.

    Repair install Windows 11. Your files and settings will be intact.

    Launch Settings > System > Recovery. Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", select "Reinstall now."

    This does a repair installation, keeping your files, apps, and settings.

    PF3VPNVS , this is my laptop serial number, when i try to install the driver, because i keep on getting these erroes , and for discord it is the same error, PLEASE help ASAP

    What happens when opening Discord? Are you getting the .NET errors?
