Hacked or not, Trojan?

I have gotten this exact same "threat" since 24th of april (i figure out how to stop nitifictions) but still, I am not sure what to do I have scaned on my laptop twice with two diffenet antivurs ( malwer byts ( the one in the screen shot) and KVRT) and showe dnothing, my laptop is 100% safe? but this message was poping up, i tryed to delte teh fiel but it is blocked by the microsft coraption. So PLEASE i am DESPERT HELP ME

Please try this instead.

Create a System Restore Point. Ref: System Protection - Microsoft Support.

Download this installer: https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/installer/25.10/whql/amd-software-adrenalin-edition-25.5.1-minimalsetup-250513_web.exe

Install the AMD Radeon drivers by selecting the "Driver Only" option from the drop-down.

(Your apps or files won't be deleted.)

yes i Disabled the 5 thing you told me to, so for the other 2 methods, does it like reset my laptop and get rid of my apps?
