Win 11 Version 24H2 Install Failed

I've doing the clean install, but I'm having issues. I've disconnected all of the drives except one which is where the OS will go. Here is what I've tried:

Windows 11 24H2 IOS file: Created the IOS on a USD from the Microsoft site. When I go to boot from the USB, nothing happens except it takes me back to my boot option to select the USB. I have a laptop running windows, so I decided to see if I could mount the USB. I could mount it and start the setup.

Windows 11 setup: Created a setup USB from the Microsoft site. When the program starts to execute, I get a screen saying "Install driver to show hardware." I do get an option to select a drive which are USB, C drive, and X, and tried with no luck.

Here are some suggestions:

Create the Windows 11 USB setup disk.

Enable/connect your Wi-Fi adapter or dongle and access the internet from it. Disable the ethernet and verify you can access the internet using WiFi.

Eliminate these three drivers using Farbar. One of which is your Realtek Ethernet driver. You can add these lines to the existing fixlist and run it.

Turn off Ethernet in BIOS.

Run "pnputil /delete-driver oem115.inf /uninstall /force" remove the Ethernet driver from the driver store. You have a backup already in C:\Drivers. Maybe you can move C:\Drivers to another disk or partition.

Disconnect other HDD/SSDs.

Using the USB setup disk, do an in-place upgrade with Keep files, or clean install using the "Keep nothing" option.

Note:

There are over 200 error entries of "Completing a failed non-ReadWrite SCSI SRB request". Not sure if it's significant. Disconnecting the other disks (at least the ones which you can disconnect) is worth a try.

Panther and Rollback.

You can also run setuplogscollect.bat (mentioned earlier in this thread) as admin and let it collect the logs.

(If it's 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 again, you can try the USB boot method.)

C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources folder has multiple folders. What specifically am I looking for?
