Win 11 Version 24H2 Install Failed

I tried to install Win 11 Version 24H2 for the second time, and it failed for a second time. The first BSOD message gave the following info:

Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.

Stop code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE

After a couple of restarts, the update was backed out. I'm back on Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.

I checked the update history and saw the Install error code - 0xc1900101.

Before I tried the 24H2 update, I did the following:

Unplug unnecessary USB devices

Drivers were updated

No issues in Device Manager

I have 30GB of free space on the drive

Any help would be appreciated,

    You can use the ISO.

    1. Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    1. Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".
    2. Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.
    3. Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.

    Completed the task. The 24H2 update is no longer in the Windows Update queue. Options?

    Please do this:

    Open cleanmgr.exe as administrator. 

    Select the C: drive. 

    Select "Device driver packages". 

    Click OK. 

    Click "Delete  Files" when prompted.

    Rerun the 24H2 setup. If the setup doesn't succeed, share the latest logs.

    I've completed removing the requested software, did a clean boot, ran the FRST program, and uploaded the results in a zip file called FRST-05-12. I'm reposting the shared link.

    The following fix list eliminates some drivers, including the MiniTool and AOMEI drivers, to prevent interference during the setup. You can install them later if you need them.

    Download fixlist.txt

    Save Fixlist.txt to the same folder as FRST64.exe.

    Close all programs.

    Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".

    Restart Windows when prompted.

    Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.
