Hi sms1295,
The drivers we removed yesterday, such as AOMEI, WDC_SAM, gdrv3, etc., are back. That's strange. Another fix list may be required.
- Please create a System Restore Point and an OS image backup using AOMEI.
- Once done, uninstall these products:
- Paragon software.
- VMWare
- Virtual Box
- AOMEI
(by the way, all of the above apps add device drivers to the system.)
- Unplug all hardware except the essential ones, such as the WiFi adapter, keyboard, and mouse.
- Run these two commands from the admin Command Prompt:
rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN
rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DEVICES /MAXCLEAN
- Clean boot using msconfig.exe.
