Win 11 Version 24H2 Install Failed

I tried to install Win 11 Version 24H2 for the second time, and it failed for a second time. The first BSOD message gave the following info:

Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.

Stop code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE

After a couple of restarts, the update was backed out. I'm back on Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.

I checked the update history and saw the Install error code - 0xc1900101.

Before I tried the 24H2 update, I did the following:

Unplug unnecessary USB devices

Drivers were updated

No issues in Device Manager

I have 30GB of free space on the drive

Any help would be appreciated,

    Sorry for the slow response. I gave up and took my PC to Best Buy to have them reinstall the OS. Thank you for all your help.

    (Assuming you've extracted the Intel RST drivers to the USB setup disk.)

    My USB is the D drive, and when I click on it the message "Insert a into the USB D drive". Not sure why I get that since I booted from the D drive The only drive the has anything on it is the X drive. The directory is below:

    New OSS (C:)

    USB Drive (D:)

    Boot (X:)

    Do you know of a reason I can't boot from the IOS?

    Extract it to the USB setup disk and point to the driver folder by pressing F6 in the Setup dialog.
