Win 11 Version 24H2 Install Failed

I tried to install Win 11 Version 24H2 for the second time, and it failed for a second time. The first BSOD message gave the following info:

Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.

Stop code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE

After a couple of restarts, the update was backed out. I'm back on Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.

I checked the update history and saw the Install error code - 0xc1900101.

Before I tried the 24H2 update, I did the following:

Unplug unnecessary USB devices

Drivers were updated

No issues in Device Manager

I have 30GB of free space on the drive

Any help would be appreciated,

I've run the Farbar Recovery Scan and the results are in the shared link in the folder Upgrade_failure_logs_2025-05-11_03-30-31

    Thanks,

    Here is what I've done:

    1. Run the Avast uninstall tool: Takes several hours to uninstall, so passed this step
    2. Make sure that defender is on: Off for now
    3. Please run the V2 log collector and post a share link into this thread using drop box, or google drive: V2 Logs folder created on Google Drive - link at the end
    4. Run: upgrade_failure_info > post a share link: My OS is Windows 11, so I didn't run
    5. Run Tuneup plus > post a share link: My OS is Windows 11, so I didn't run
    6. Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste: Results in document named PowerShell Query.txt on Google Drive - link at the end

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    wmic useraccount get name, sid

    whoami /user

    reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList"

    Post a share link.
