Ramesh,
I did restart. When to verify that RAealteck LightWeight Filter was unchecked, and it was.

I tried to install Win 11 Version 24H2 for the second time, and it failed for a second time. The first BSOD message gave the following info:
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.
Stop code: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE
After a couple of restarts, the update was backed out. I'm back on Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.
I checked the update history and saw the Install error code - 0xc1900101.
Before I tried the 24H2 update, I did the following:
Unplug unnecessary USB devices
Drivers were updated
No issues in Device Manager
I have 30GB of free space on the drive
Any help would be appreciated,

Ramesh,
Ran the query below and the results
SERVICE_NAME: rtf64
TYPE : 1 KERNEL\_DRIVER
STATE : 4 RUNNING
(STOPPABLE, NOT\_PAUSABLE, IGNORES\_SHUTDOWN)
WIN32\_EXIT\_CODE : 0 (0x0)
SERVICE\_EXIT\_CODE : 0 (0x0)
CHECKPOINT : 0x0
WAIT\_HINT : 0x0
It's because the fixlist removed an older version of "rtf64". This driver is known to cause BSODs. (Reference)

BSoD Caused by Realtek NDIS LightWeight Filter - HP Support Community - 8480057:
Try this:
1- go to control panel
2- network and sharing center
3- adapter settings
4- right click on your network adapters (for me both wifi and ethernet) and chose properties
5- disable Realtek LightWeigh Filter(NDIS6.40)
Restart Windows and run this command:
sc.exe query rtf64
If it says "Stopped" and you have internet access, then rerun the fixlist and reboot.
