windows undoes changes after it updates

So my system is a windows 10 home 22h2 and every time it tries to update, it lasts 2 or more hours updating then when it finishes it says "undoing changes made to your computer" in a black screen and then when I go to windows update page to see what happened they give me this error code: 0xc1900101

What i've tried already: doing sfc/scannow, disabling windows firewall (I don't have any other antivirus), I tried running setupdiag.exe with the prompts however somehow it does not create any log file so I can't see what went wrong (maybe I don't used it correctly). I searched the meaning of the error code it gave me and it said there's an incompatible driver.

I recently changed my motherboard and my processor, does it have anything to do with it?? Should I try to update my pc using these parts again? I still have them. My old processor was a i5 4440 3.10 Ghz and my new one is a i5-4590 3.30Ghz and my two motherboards are not from "mainstream" brands like Asus or Gigabyte but they're not the same brands.

Also, another little detail I need to mention is when the update finished the file setupdiag.exe appeared out of nowhere in my downloads folder but it still did not created any log file. Help!!! it's the fourth time the system tries to update but no success!!!

Download CBSDiag.bat from the GitHub page below:

Right-click cbsdiag.bat, click Properties, select Unblock, and click OK.

Right-click cbsdiag.bat, and choose "Run as administrator".

(The batch file contains plain text code. You can read its contents using Notepad before running it. It collects the CBS registry key and servicing-related information to fix the corruption.)

The batch file creates a file named CBSDiag.zip on your desktop. Share the file on OneDrive.

    Good morning! Please run this fixlist to remove some outdated drivers:

    Download fixlist.txt - https://www.winhelponline.com/fixlist/JamesEman...

    Save Fixlist.txt to the same folder as FRST64English.exe.

    Close all programs.

    Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".

    Restart Windows when prompted.

    Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

    NOTE: The fixlist.txt script was written specifically for this user and for use on that particular machine. It is not recommended to run it on another machine. Don't run the same fixlist.txt more than once.

    It ran correctly. Please do the following:

    1. Share this file. It contains the Windows Update and CBS logs.

    C:\Users\dayanne macedo\Desktop\22.05.2025_08.49.32.zip

    1. Repair install Windows 10 using MCT.

    Download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    Run MCT and accept the license agreement.

    Click "Upgrade this PC now". This starts the repair installation.

    (Your apps, settings, and files will be kept by default during a repair install/in-place upgrade.)
