WIndows 10 PC not updating

This issue has been happening for months now. When I try to update my computer to the latest update, it goes up until 97% and says sorry we couldn't install this update or something like that. then it reverts these updates. i need help fixing this issue! thanks

    hi,

    i've done all the steps except one, but still nothing is working. for step 2 when I write cd EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Fonts into the command prompt it says 'the system cannot find the path specified' so I couldn't complete step 2. i appreciate your help so far, thanks

    Can you run this from the Command Prompt (Administrator)?

    diskpart

    list vol

    exit

    After that, please post screenshot
