I have updated my cpu, gpu, ram, psu, and still have an unknown crash. I have amd ryzen 5700xt, rog strix x570 - e gaming wifi II, and msi 850w psu.

It will not let me delete the files because it says it is still open in another program
Check your open programs or task manager to see if there is anything related to ASUS.
You can also try going to the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest version of Asus Armory Crate.
I have searched and searched and I cant find anything but I still get that error message.
If you do not have ASUS Suite and are unable to delete the file, try downloading and installing the latest version to see if the problem persists;
