I have updated my cpu, gpu, ram, psu, and still have an unknown crash. I have amd ryzen 5700xt, rog strix x570 - e gaming wifi II, and msi 850w psu.

    Access the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers\

    Check if you have the igovsd.sys file, if so, remove the file and see if the problem persists.

    in the process it deleted the previous asus audio driver

    The same cause is still indicated. Have you installed the audio driver from the link above?
