    If you cannot click Accept, press the tab key on your keyboard until the accept button is selected, then press Enter to click the button.

    Try connecting an external mouse to each avaialble port to see if you can then select that box.

    I have to log off in a few minutes for the night, it is very late here, honestly, if I am honest, I think your best option it to bring your PC to a PC Shop and get them to re-install Windows for you since none of the avaialble recovery options are resolving the problem for you.
