    Okay, please wait for all those updates to be installed.

    Your screenshot indicates you are logged into Windows with a Microsoft account, when the updates complete installing if you are logged into OneDrive with your Microsoft account, your files should automatically sync back onto your PC from OneDrive.

    Are you logged into Windows with a Local account or did you add your Microsoft Account details to your user account after you were able to enter Windows?

    Open the Settings App, then go to Accounts - Your Info, please provide a screenshot of that window.
