    Thank you for the screenshot, I see the problem, that USB is not bootable.

    You just copied the Media Creation Tool onto the USB.

    You need to move that tool back into the other PC, then double click the tool and choose 'Create Installation media for another PC', then choose USB and wait for that tool to create a bootable USB.

    The method to boot from a USB varies form PC to PC, what is the make (Dell, Asus, Lenovo... etc.) of your PC?
