Please be careful, the Media Creation Tool will format the drive and delete all data on an external drive before it creates the bootable USB.

You just copied the Media Creation Tool onto the USB.
You need to move that tool back into the other PC, then double click the tool and choose 'Create Installation media for another PC', then choose USB and wait for that tool to create a bootable USB.
