That is great news, you need to download the WiFi drivers.
On another device that has an Internet connection, go to the support page for your PC to download the installer for the WiFi (WLAN) drivers they provide for your PC, then transfer that installer to your PC and use that to install the WiFi drivers.
If you have any difficulty locating the support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
I got in but it is not picking up any WIFI
