Okay, here is the workaround for that problem, please follow the steps carefully.

Press Shift + F10 or Shift + Fn + F10 to open a Command Prompt

Carefully type this exact command into Command Prompt and press Enter (there is a space before every forward slash).

reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE" /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Then your PC should restart, and you should then be able to bypass setting up the network.

Then when setting up the user account, select the option (I do not have this persons details), do not provide Microsoft account details and create a Local account.

Then when the installation completes, you will need to go to the support page for your system on the manufacturers website to download the WiFi drivers.

Now, I really do have to log off for the night, but I promise I will be back first thing in the morning and if you are experiencing any further problems, I will then help you to complete this task.

Not connecting

That is the correct process, you are at the end of the instalaltion, is there a WiFi connection in your location that you can connect up to and complete the instalaltion?

Laptop is asking to connect to Internet / install driver. I didn’t do this when I bought laptop
