    If all options are failing, then really the only remaining option would be to clean install Windows from the bootable USB.

    Do you have a backup of your files, or use a cloud service to sync your files to the cloud?

    Cannot access safe mode, no system restore, uninstalled updates and system reset( keeping files) I need serious help please

    That is correct, it took quite a while to create the bootable USB.

    If there is no System Restore point avaialble have you tried the other avaialble options like uninstalling an update, accessing Safe Mode, and a System Reset?
