Windows store is installed and photos is also working properly.

    Sorry for the confusion, Post following below mentioned steps, ISO was mounted and execution was successful.

    Windows Update might be broken.

    Re-run setup.exe.

    In the initial screen, click “Change how Setup downloads updates”.

    Select “Not right now”, and continue the process.
