    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    I don't see anything that would prevent you from upgrading to the latest version (24H2).

    I suggest you perform an In-place Upgrade to the latest version using a Windows ISO file.

    Don't worry. It's a simple procedure, and you have the option to keep files, settings, and apps. Therefore, all your data is kept.

    (If you have a third-party antivirus installed, temporarily disable it during the entire procedure.)

    Instructions below:

    1. Download the Windows 11 ISO file from the link below;

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    (The ISO must be in the same language that Windows was originally installed in. Not the current language.)

    1. Double-click the ISO to run;

    (After running the ISO, you may need to double-click the "Setup" file to start the procedure.)

    1. On the "Install Windows 11" screen, uncheck "I want to help make the installation of Windows better" and select "Change how Windows Setup download updates";
    2. On the next screen, select "Not right now" and click "Next";
    3. Accept the terms of use;
    4. On the "Ready to install" screen, select "Choose what to keep" and select what you want to keep.

    (In this step, select "Keep personal files and apps" so that all your data is kept.)

    1. Click on "Install" and wait for the procedure to finish. Your computer may restart several times.

    At the end of the procedure, your Windows 11 will be in the latest version (24H2), and some updates will already be installed. But check Windows Update to be sure.

    If you need detailed instructions for downloading the ISO, see below.

    1. After accessing the link I suggested, under "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)", click "Select download" and select "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO)";
    2. Click "Download";
    3. Choose the language and click on "Confirm";
    4. Then, click "64-bit Download".
    5. Wait for the download to finish and continue with step 2 of the above procedure.

    If you get any errors during or after the procedure, please let me know. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    The best procedure to fix this problem is the In-place Upgrade. However, this procedure will take your Windows 11 to version 24H2.

    Please share a screenshot of your system information so I can see if there is anything that might prevent you from upgrading to the latest version of Windows 11.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Also. Do you have a third-party antivirus installed?

    If yes, which one?

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
