Who can I reach out to because I go to start up my computer and it says my pin is not available something happened and apparently I had to install an app in order to change my pin and when I go to click yes to install the app it never goes to it and I’m stuck not being able to use the computer so I’m not too sure what I can do

Can you please put information in LAYMAN's terms for the non tech people like most of us? I have tried for days to get some simple answers to trying to fix a "FILE PICKER UI HOST" problem. It freezes up photos, won't let me move the image off start page screen when I want to put photo in a file. ANNOYING!

Hi yes mine wont install the update I am currently using windows 11 and I believe is a home The update I cant install is the 2022-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5010386) And the error code is a Install error - 0x80070002 I am not very techy and use this laptop for all my university work, so I know how to fix things like theses so nay help would be great

Message received: "Failed to install on 2022-02-13 - 0xc1900401" Tried several times today, with same outcome.
