Cumulative updates for Windows 10 and Windows 11 - February 2022

Hello. I have been having user errors since I first became an insider. Currently, I am still trying to address problems from when I join the windows insider team and during the November to December update Before it had gone live. I was a part of the development team, and I'm still trying to address some areas of concern for people that are disabled such as myself. The experience of not having control of your Microsoft account, security risks and other issues related to that Are something I have been attempting to address for me and other people. Right now, I am having problems accessing my own account, I only am one person. I have several, several accounts because of issues like multiple home IP addresses, changed phone numbers, ect. It originally being a Google account that account had gotten my Social Security number phished and I still has gone on resolved.

That being said when I signed up to be a Windows and Microsoft Insider for Office XBOX PC I did it because I very much appreciate being part of the team. I do not know what I need to do to to make it easier on myself to get back into my own account, so that I can make it easier for the other individuals who are experiencing the same thing -the elderly, the less technologically advanced- and because I have schizophrenic disorder, there are times when I get paranoid that I am doing things incorrectly that would be disproved of by Microsoft or anybody that would partner with me. And I feel the need to, like, disclose all this, because I don't feel treated as an equal, just in my personal life. That being said:

I need somebody to contact me. On how to merge my accounts because the account that this is posting from is not the one that has my purchases on it. And because there were several underlying issues. I don't have access to all of those accounts. Before the update where western digital drives were not up to date with Microsoft, I was one of the individuals I helped identify that. I'm an active commenter in the feedback hub. And sometimes I post, and it is with my first name and last initial visible. And I understand that. I know that you aren't supposed to. Post public information like that, but I'm disabled and still trying to help. It's my philosophy that you Support those who support you. It's just standard practice in my mind.

Having my phone tethered to my PC is an issue for me personally, because as a disabled person, I cannot multitask very well. And generally, society believes that just because I do not have a job, that means I'm not busy or doing something and that having a phone gives them entitlement to contact me. As they wish and then I am obligated to immediately respond. Also, I have two computers. It might seem unnecessary, but this is simply due to the fact that this is my son's old computer, And I like the keyboard better. But this computer is better at running video games. I'm very into Halo.

There's issues because when I have stored the correct documents stating that I've paid for services between me and Microsoft. If it was stored on a drive that I can't access anymore because it broken or When Western Digital wasn't able to read my drives. It's a huge problem because I can't prove that I bought that, and I get discouraged easily. However, I trust that Microsoft will willingly help me once I am able to provide them with this information. Microsoft knows that there are people like me trying to help them. And there's not a company as big as Microsoft that would be successful and also not attended to the needs of the people that were helping them out. They just are not in a place to help me, because I cannot provide them the information.

There was also a Feedback comment where somebody had said that they had become a windows insider simply to basically warn their clients when to not update. And to me, that is morally reprehensible. Because when you join the insider's team, you agree that you are a developer. And that you understand this is content that has not been released. Part of the practices list. And I told them that I don't want to be that guy but told him he needs to play for the team that he Signed up for. That I am one of these and to quote him " So called developers" He was himself.

If that is unbecoming of me, or if that is something that. Standard that I should not have said, I need somebody to please tell me What I said wrong and how I should have said it. So that I can continue to help. I am not making any money at all by being in the insider's team, I just feel honored to be a part of the team. And I would like to continue to be a part of it.

Found out this morning from our company's tech support that the offending SSL was fixed - both windows 11 update in settings and downloads from the update catalog site are working again.

At the sign-in screen select the power icon in the bottom right hand corner. Select Power > (hold down shift) Restart you should see the option after selecting Troubleshoot > Advanced options to uninstall updates, try that option to remove the latest update.

Or you can try a system restore via the Troubleshoot menu.
