Hi, i updated my system running on windows 10 to windows 11, at first the internet worked fine for some days and then i got no internet message. Using chrome or Firefox i can connect to the internet without any a problem. it seems that only windows update, Microsoft store and some application can't connect to the internet. I reset my network, changed the DNS to (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4), changed the registry Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet
reinstalled the driver, and finally replaced the WIFI module but nothing seems to work, so can you please help me resolve the my problem

I've managed to get to the bottom of the problem on my Dell laptop.
I have tried everything mentioned in this post and nothing worked, but eventually, I plugged USB HUB which allowed me to plug Ethernet cable and connect straight to the router. This enabled internet connection straight away and I was able to INSTALL WINDOWS OPTIONAL UPDATES. One of those updates was my network card driver, which solved the issue.

OK, I had posted a few weeks back that I have had this issue... In desperation, I went and downloaded the latest drivers directly from Lenovo (they are dated June 22 of this year and specifically reference Windows 11 21H2 or later). I'd gone down this road early on with a previous version of the drivers to no avail, but - with these latest drivers - everything seems to work as expected. Struggling to understand where the real issue is. For grins and giggles, I installed Windows 11 on "unsupported hardware" using one of the many methods out there (it's an old Lenovo T430). The WiFi on that machine has worked flawlessly since the get-go under Windows 11. Definitely a head-scratcher.
[Moderator note: There is no mystery. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough. Once the manufacturer's drivers are updated this is solved for most people.]
Add me to the list of people having the same problem: My Windows 11 laptop connects to the internet via wifi or ethernet just fine, then about five seconds later, the icon changes to the globe with the "no" circle over it and the text reads "No internet access" despite still having a decent connection and being able to use the internet just fine.
Like others, once that status changes, I cannot use Windows update or most Windows products, along with some other software (like the EA app)--all of which thinks I'm disconnected from the Internet. It's really hindering my productivity and forcing me to use other machines to do my work.
I've spent about a week trying to resolve this issue. I've watched a hundred YouTube videos and tried every reg edit, network reset, driver update, windows 11 reinstall...I even replaced my laptop wifi card. Nothing has fixed the error. I've also tried resetting my own router and playing with its settings, but as this happens no matter what network I'm connecting to--home, hotspot, work, coffee shop--it doesn't seem to be an issue with my router or home network.
I'm on an ASUS Tuf Gaming A17 laptop, and I have noticed that several people encountering the same issue are also on ASUS laptops, but I've seen enough on other systems to make me think it's not the type of laptop. Also, it should be noted that both my daughters are on ASUS laptops but with older versions of Windows--neither is having the same problem I'm having.
At this point, I feel like it has to be a Windows 11 issue. I wish I could find out for sure and if someone at Microsoft is aware and a fix is on the way. Ironically, this issue is keeping me from using Microsoft products more than any other software.
I'll keep checking this page--if anyone finds a solution, please post it here. I will do the same if I find anything. Thanks.

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.
Here's the steps you can try.
-Go to Settings
-Click System
-Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.
-Look for Internet Connection and run the troubleshooter.
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Network Adapters
-Look for the Wireless driver that was installed
-Right click and Update
-Look for "Browse my computer for driver
-Let me pick drivers available drivers
-Choose an old driver and use it.
Reset Network Settings
Open Settings.
Click on Network & Internet.
Click on Status.
Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
Click the Reset now button.
Click the Yes button.
-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator
-Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit enter.
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Once you entered all those commands restart your computer and try to connect.
If issue persist, let's download the updated driver
What is the exact model of your computer?
To check the system model proceed with these steps.
-Press Windows key + R
-Type msinfo32 and hit enter.
-Look for the System Model and manufacturer post it here.
If you are using a custom built pc look for Baseboard version and Baseboard product and post it here.

If there is "no mystery" to solving this problem, why would we bother posting our problem with Microsoft, knowing we would be subjected to your criticism.
Like "most people", once again, I find this site worthless.
