If you kill the feeds process in taskmanager and turn off the news feeds on the taskbar so it doesnt run when windows starts you should be fine, restart computer after you done that and check taskmanager and make sure the feeds process isnt running anymore.
Feeds / Search application using all of the ram
I noticed that the PC started running slow today and opened task manager to see that System, Feeds (Search application) is using CPU and Disk quite heavily and as much ram that it can to pin it to 100%.
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
Update: Windows crashed and i restarted, same application started to ramp up again so i ended it.
Looking into events now.

2022-09-25T06:07:34+00:00 i just got my brand new pc, and the same happened to me performance dropped on idle usage, and i found that "search and interests" is using all my 16gb ram. and had the same doubts, its a breach, or microsoft is using its marketing data collection aggressively, even though i turn them all off as much as i can. anyone know how we can uninstall\disable it?

2022-09-27T04:33:00+00:00 Someone did an analysis earlier in this thread and thought it was a memory leak.
However, I cannot vouch for the validity of the analysis.
Someone in MS will have to have a look to know the truth of it.
