I noticed that the PC started running slow today and opened task manager to see that System, Feeds (Search application) is using CPU and Disk quite heavily and as much ram that it can to pin it to 100%.
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
Update: Windows crashed and i restarted, same application started to ramp up again so i ended it.
Looking into events now.

Same issue. Had freshly booted, only running Discord, GeForce Now, and Chrome.
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19043) (19041.vb\_release.191206-1406)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: B550 AORUS PRO AC
BIOS: F2 (type: UEFI)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (59Hz)
Driver File Version: 30.00.0014.7141 (English)
Driver Version: 30.0.14.7141
I force stopped the application (once it let me load the task manager) and that seems to have resolved it for now.
Mine started doing the same thing yesterday; I found Feeds using all my RAM and I shut the process down. It would restart itself every 10 minutes or so. I do not use the feeds option on my Taskbar and today after reading all these replies, I went into the Internet Properties/Content/Feeds and Web Slices settings and unchecked Automatically check feeds and Web Slices for updates and I unchecked Turn on feed reading view. I have not seen it restart itself since. My most recent updates are KB5010472 on the 20th and KB4023057 on the 18th.
Same here. I got 32GB RAM and this application just ate up almost all of the memory. My game crashed because of this. My PC is Alienware Aurora R9 with Intel i7 9700, 32GB RAM, nvdia RTX 2070 super, Windows 10 Pro most updated. (not upgrading to Win 11 because the Start menu on it sucks.)
