Mine started doing the same thing yesterday; I found Feeds using all my RAM and I shut the process down. It would restart itself every 10 minutes or so. I do not use the feeds option on my Taskbar and today after reading all these replies, I went into the Internet Properties/Content/Feeds and Web Slices settings and unchecked Automatically check feeds and Web Slices for updates and I unchecked Turn on feed reading view. I have not seen it restart itself since. My most recent updates are KB5010472 on the 20th and KB4023057 on the 18th.
Feeds / Search application using all of the ram
I noticed that the PC started running slow today and opened task manager to see that System, Feeds (Search application) is using CPU and Disk quite heavily and as much ram that it can to pin it to 100%.
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
Update: Windows crashed and i restarted, same application started to ramp up again so i ended it.
Looking into events now.

2022-02-20T20:47:29+00:00 Same issue. Had freshly booted, only running Discord, GeForce Now, and Chrome.
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19043) (19041.vb\_release.191206-1406) System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. System Model: B550 AORUS PRO AC BIOS: F2 (type: UEFI) Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.6GHz Memory: 32768MB RAM Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (59Hz)Driver File Version: 30.00.0014.7141 (English)

2022-02-20T18:40:03+00:00 This Feeds robbing almost all system memory happened to my PC earlier. A restart seems to have solved it for now. But my GPU is a Radeon 6800XT.

2022-02-20T17:54:23+00:00 Got this issue this morning. It happened right after I hit the windows key and typed to search for an application to open it. Feeds instantly started using 31GB of my RAM. Opening task manager and ending it fixed it for now. I always hit windows and type for the application I'm looking for then hit enter to open so if this was happening before I would have noticed it. The only change I have made to my PC today is installing the Security Intelligence Update you see below on the 2/20/2022. Not sure if there is correlation between my actions/the security update and the feeds memory leak issue, but that is the ONLY thing on my PC that has changed since I have gotten this issue.
Device Info:
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H2
Installed on 2/15/2022
OS build 19044.1566
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TIGPU Driver Version 511.79
GPU Video BIOS Version 94.04.6B.00.83
This is a fresh windows install (2/15/2022) so not much else that can be affecting it.
