My Dell Laptop has crashed --- see screenshots -- is any command in CLI run to bring Windows 10 back???

I have Windows 10 21H2 installation media DVD

like

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

follow this... >> ????

Yes, the installation process will allow you to delete the partitions on an SSD.

    Where can find if Windows 10 is Pro or Home edition, in BIOS/UEFI or cmd prompt? 

    Now run

    chkdsk c: /r

    And await to complete...

    After try to boot or run

    sfc

    ? And after reboot

    If you are going to re-install Windows, the bootable USB will install the exact same version of Windows that was previously installed.

    Is better reinstall rather than dual-boot? In this case...

    I have Acronis backup of C...

    If Dual boot install, can with cmdLine/diskpart shrink c partition? How find is Pro And Not Home in this case?
