My Dell Laptop has crashed --- see screenshots -- is any command in CLI run to bring Windows 10 back???

I have Windows 10 21H2 installation media DVD

like

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

follow this... >> ????

Yes, the installation process will allow you to delete the partitions on an SSD.

    No, you cannot keep your files during a Windows installation, you must back them up before the installation.

    And await to complete...

    After try to reboot or run

    sfc

    ? And after reboot

    If you were in this state, of your laptop, you would be reinstalling, after what debugging stage?

    Yes, if I had a backup of my personal files, I would perform a clean install of Windows.

    Click this link:

    to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

    Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS) to begin installing Windows 10

    Since you previously had Windows 10 installed and activated on that PC during the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC', and activation will not be an issue, your PC will have a digital entitlement stored on the Microsoft Activation Servers

    If you were in this state, of your laptop, you would be reinstalling Windows 10, after what debugging stage above e.g. if "sfc -> reboot" Not working I will reinstall?

    Can use media created - iso download - recently and created DVD from it, and having now running chkdsk c: /r ???
