My Dell Laptop has crashed --- see screenshots -- is any command in CLI run to bring Windows 10 back???

I have Windows 10 21H2 installation media DVD

like

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

follow this... >> ????

Yes, the installation process will allow you to delete the partitions on an SSD.

    You should abort that check disk, that should not take 1.5 days to complete, that may indicate that your hard rive has failed.

    HELLO,

    THE CHKDSK C: /R IS VERY SLOW - already running for 1.5 days now

    can I leave/stop the chkdsk command from the cmd line of DVD Windows 10 installation media?

    Is there any damage to HDD...? if abort chkdsk any problem?

    I didn't get you

    The command:

    SFC

    needs an internet connection?

    can you tell the commands after sfc,

    After these and reboot fails do a reinstall from Windows 10 DVD...?
