My Dell Laptop has crashed --- see screenshots -- is any command in CLI run to bring Windows 10 back???

I have Windows 10 21H2 installation media DVD

like

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

follow this... >> ????

Yes, the installation process will allow you to delete the partitions on an SSD.

    BEFORE TRY TO reinstall, or DUAL BOOT Windows 10

    I am trying to fix the laptop

    But as you see from screenshots

    HDD needed fix or does Windows 10 need fixing...? What of the two try FIRST...?

    Run:

    bootrec /FixMbr

    bootrec /FixBoot

    bootrec /ScanOs

    bootrec /RebuildBcd

    <reboot>

    Or run:

    first with CHKDSK, then SFC, and finally DISM

    Or...?

    If reinstall or DUAL boot may Not succeed due to errors on the HDD...? So, may I need to fix these first?

    If I give this, in the CLI prompt from Windows 10 installation DVD media, should work? And can create an unallocated Partition?
