My Dell Laptop has crashed --- see screenshots -- is any command in CLI run to bring Windows 10 back???

I have Windows 10 21H2 installation media DVD

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

follow this... >> ????

The most common is to go first with CHKDSK, then SFC, and finally DISM

Yes, the installation process will allow you to delete the partitions on an SSD.

I pressed F12

after seems "...press any key boot from DVD..." OR "No bootable devices found..."

I DO NOT PRESS

but a black screen appears

If replace HDD with SSD

and SSD HAS PARTITIONS, can these be deleted or erased by Windows 10 DVD during installation???

Just force your laptop to shut down by pressing the power button on your laptop for 5 - 10 seconds, then yes, please do run Dell Diagnostics by pressing F12 when the laptop starts up.
