Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

The pictures explain the problem!

This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!

Can't find settings for this anywhere!

    But if it doesn't work is there a way to go back ?

    Is there no way to fix this via the explorer and folders ?
