The pictures explain the problem!

This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!

Can't find settings for this anywhere!

    Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

    We can start by enabling a Clean Windows Boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps to eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program on Windows 10. You can also resolve or determine which conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

    Please check the necessary procedures to do a clean boot on Windows at the link below:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    If the problem does not occur at Clean Boot, the article itself indicates how to identify the problem.

    Thanks a lot for the feedback. Could you create a new local user on this PC and see if the same problem also occurs in another user profile?

    1. Press Windows + R keys;
    2. Type: netplwiz and confirm with Enter;
    3. Click Add;
    4. Then click Sign in without a Microsoft account;
    5. Click on the Local Account button;
    6. On the next screen, enter the name and password for the new account;

    7; After finishing, select the created account, click on Properties and click on the Group Membership tab;

    1. Leave the Administrator option enabled;
    2. Confirm with OK to finish.

    Log out of the current account and sign in with the new account.
