Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

The pictures explain the problem!
This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!
Can't find settings for this anywhere!

Wonder why powershell says :
Installed language(s): en-GB
Type : Partially localized language, MUI type.
Fallback Languages en-US
Installed language(s): sv-SE

Fallback Languages en-US
There are no English languages installed ???

2022-02-21T12:51:25+00:00 Can you check the details of the languages in your system using Powershell? This is just to make sure that no other hidden languages are installed in your system except Swedish.
- Right-click on your Start menu, select Windows Powershell (Admin)
- Or Click Start, type Powershell. Right-click on it then Run as Administrator
- Copy and paste this command then press Enter
Get-WinUserLanguageList
