Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

The pictures explain the problem!
This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!
Can't find settings for this anywhere!

That rarely happens if you have multiple languages installed on your computer. To correct this, try to force setting the correct display language using Powershell and see if that fixes the problem. See option two in this article

I only have Swedish language installed !

Sorry, that didn't help. How 'bout try these:
- Press Windows key + R, enter Intl.cp
- In Format dropdown, select "Match Windows display language (Recommended)
- Apply
- Click on the Administrative tab
- Change system locale...
- Then set Swedish
- Apply and Ok
- Restart the computer

The file Intl.cp could not be found. make sure you entered the correct name and try again.
